The System Administrator is responsible
for installing and configuring the Web Control Center server.
Installing the Web Control Center
When you purchase Centennial Discovery® Web Edition, you receive a serial number which enables
you to install Web Control Center from your Centennial Discovery® Web Edition CD. Refer to the Readme files on
the CD for information on system requirements. Then follow the setup wizard to
install Web Control Center on your server.
Go on to configure the Web Control Center. See Configuring Web Control Center below.
Customizing Web Control Center
The Web Control Center can be customized to conform to your company's Intranet
standards. For example, the page background, header graphics, and navigation
graphics can be changed to reflect your corporate image. You can also add links
to additional information or other Web sites. Contact your local reseller for
more information on how to customize your Web Control Center.
Configuring Web Control Center
When you log on as an Administrator, the Admin button is available in the
navigation area and you have access to the Administration
page where you can maintain contact names, user information, security
settings and so on.
